How it works
From a phone call to a first swim.
Every step, with timing, and what happens after the crew leaves.
A short call with Joey. No site visit until you want one.
- The free design call, this weekSend a photo of the yard. Joey tells you whether what you want fits, roughly what it costs, and whether your town needs a pool fence.
- The site visitJoey walks the yard with you, marks the shoreline with paint, and talks depth, falls, where the sun sets and where you will sit at night.
- One written priceA single number, what it includes line by line, what would change it, and the build window. Take it to your partner, your neighbour, your accountant.
- The buildJoey and the crew, start to finish. A garden pond is three to five days on site. A swim pond is three to four weeks. Then the water goes in.
- The handoverWe fill it, start it, plant it and show you how it lives: the skimmer basket, the lights, what to expect while the water finds its balance.
- Every season afterSpring opening, fall closing, and a phone number that gets answered. Do it yourself with our notes, or put it on a plan.
The first year
What to expect, season by season.
A little algae in the first month is the system waking up. By midsummer it is clear. In fall we net it. In winter it freezes like a lake and the fish sleep. In April it comes back louder than you remember.
