Who we are

Clearwater Creations builds natural swimming ponds, ecosystem ponds and waterfalls in Ontario. In these terms, we, us and our mean Clearwater Creations. You can reach us on (705) 717-2226, Monday to Friday, 8 to 6, or at info@clearwatercreations.com. The design, build and maintenance work itself is governed by the written quote or contract you sign with us; these terms cover this website and our text messages.

SMS terms and conditions

1. SMS consent communication

The information (phone numbers) obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

2. Types of SMS communications

If you have consented to receive text messages from Clearwater Creations, you may receive messages related to the following:

Appointment and design-call confirmations and reminders
Build date confirmations and schedule updates
Follow-up messages about your project
Invoice and payment notices
Replies to questions you text us

Example: "Hi Jamie, this is Clearwater Creations. Your free design call is booked for Friday, September 25 at 10 AM. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messaging from Clearwater Creations at any time."

3. Message frequency

Message frequency may vary depending on the type of communication and what is happening with your project. For example, you may receive up to 5 SMS messages per week related to your appointments, build schedule or invoices while a project is active, and few or none between projects.

4. Potential fees for SMS messaging

Please note that standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier's pricing plan. These fees may vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally.

5. Opt-in method

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Clearwater Creations in the following ways:

By agreeing over a phone call with us
By texting our business number first
By asking to be texted when you book a design call, a visit or a maintenance plan

Giving us your phone number so we can call you back does not by itself sign you up for text messages. We ask.

6. Opt-out method

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time. To do so, simply reply "STOP" to any SMS message you receive. Alternatively, you can contact us directly at (705) 717-2226 or info@clearwatercreations.com to request removal from our messaging list.

7. Help

If you are experiencing any issues, you can reply with the keyword "HELP" to any message. Or, you can get help directly from us by calling (705) 717-2226, Monday to Friday, 8 to 6, or emailing info@clearwatercreations.com.

Additional options: if you do not wish to receive SMS messages, simply tell us so on the call, or do not ask for texts when you book. We will still reach you by phone and email.
